EXTRA PERSON
Extra person rate is $30 per person in a folder bed (subject to availability).
Cots and high chairs $10 per night each, $50 per week (subject to availability).

Free in house movies, two swimming pools, free BBQs, free green fees at adjacent Broome Golf Club.
CANCELLATION OR "NO SHOW" POLICY
If a guest cancels their booking more than 14 days prior to their arrival date an administration fee of $30 will be charged and the remainder of their deposit refunded. If a guest cancels their booking within 14 days of their arrival date or fails to show on the arrival date, one night's accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee, and the full amount of the booking is payable less any nights that can be resold by the Habitat Resort.
We strongly recommend holiday makers take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances and/or cancellation fees.
RESERVATION POLICY
A deposit of one night's accommodation is required to confirm a booking. This deposit can be paid by either Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), cheque or direct deposit.
Please note your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, not at the time of enquiry.
